Before you order, you get it in writing: what is included, what is not, what we need from you, and which third-party costs (domain, hosting, paid tools) sit outside the fee.

AI can be wrong. The bot uses the business information and policies you approve as its source for informational answers. It does not make case-specific refund, billing, legal or other sensitive decisions; those requests are routed for human review.
We do not promise more sales. This is a tool that stops enquiries going unanswered. Anyone quoting you a guaranteed conversion lift is guessing.
Usage is plan-based, not unlimited. Starter includes 800 successful AI replies per month (up to 120/day), Basic 2,000 (250/day), and Plus 4,000 (450/day). When either limit is reached, AI replies pause and contact capture remains available. There are no automatic overage charges.
Where your data goes. Visitor messages are handled by our Cloudflare Worker, may use the customer's published knowledge through the configured Wiki service, and are sent to OpenAI for AI replies. Conversation records may be retained for operations and review for up to 90 days. If lead alerts are enabled, the submitted contact details are additionally sent to the notification channel configured by the customer. The public widget never receives an OpenAI API key.
FAQ
Which languages does the bot speak?+
The interface currently has Korean and English configurations. The AI can answer in other languages supported by the model, but reliable policy and FAQ answers require business information prepared and tested in the language your customers will use. We do not claim automatic cross-language knowledge coverage.
Will it work on Shopify, WordPress or Wix?+
Yes — anywhere you can add a script tag before the closing body tag. That covers WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix and hand-built HTML. A few closed no-code builders block custom code; we check yours before you order.
Do I need my own OpenAI account?+
No. This is a managed service — we run the AI server and the key, so there is nothing for you to sign up for, top up or rotate. Your licence is tied to your domain and stays valid for the paid service period.
What happens with refund and billing questions?+
The bot uses the policies you have approved as the basis for informational answers. A request to refund, cancel, dispute a charge, or make another case-specific decision is routed to a person instead of being executed by the AI. The AI does not have authority to issue refunds or change billing records.
Is this a template you resell as-is?+
The core widget and managed service are shared, while each customer gets their own approved business information, FAQ, welcome wording, branding, domain-locked licence and lead-routing settings. Structural changes or new integrations are quoted separately.
What do you need from me to start?+
Your website address and edit access (or a developer who can add the script), the business information and policies you want the AI to use, approved FAQs, and your brand details. If you want lead alerts, we also configure an available notification channel with you. Do not send API keys or account passwords in ordinary messages.
